What's the training like? Internally we run a range of sales training and sales support courses for our staff. Project managers, where appropriate, are entered on to level three and four NVQ courses with a 100% success rate so far.
The IT operations team regularly attend vendor training from Microsoft, Cisco and VMware as well as in-house CBT courses. Customer service staff are trained to ITIL V3 level.

What's your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? We are proud of winning our major rival's largest account and the fact that its biggest reseller has converted to us.
