Asda has launched its Easter 2026 line-up, with a mix of premium Exceptional eggs and value-led Free From options designed to appeal to a wide range of shoppers. Pistachio, salted caramel and honeycomb feature across the range, alongside darker flavour combinations such as orange and ginger.
New Exceptional hot cross buns come in cherry bakewell, salted caramel and lemon & white chocolate flavours - with rollback pricing on the lines. Also in bakery there is new carrot cake-style iced buns.
“We wanted to bring real excitement to Easter this year, and our new Exceptional flavours do exactly that,” says Asda product development manager, James Howat. “They’re indulgent, fun, and packed with bold tastes our customers are loving. Seeing the reaction online has been brilliant - people can’t wait to get their hands on them.”
Highlights from confectionery include a pistachio & Himalayan salt white chocolate egg and a caramel, pretzel & honeycomb milk chocolate egg, while free from raspberry and dark chocolate egg and a honeycomb and sea salt flavours expand Asda’s allergen-friendly offering.
A pair of plant-based Easter eggs made from a rice-based chocolate alternative also feature in the retailer’s premium range
