Waitrose has announced its 2025 Christmas range, with new launches in its premium No.1 range. The lineup is heavy on wow-factor centrepieces – from the hand-crafted free range turkey bauble with a jewelled stuffing centre and cranberry & orange glaze, to the market-first stuffed Scottish salmon with cod, prawns & salsa verde.

“Our delicious No.1 Turkey Bauble is a handcrafted delight that reimagines a classic festive favourite,” says senior brand development chef Paul Gamble.

”Encased in the iconic bauble shape, this centrepiece features tender, free-range turkey breast wrapped in our No.1 Dry-cured Beechwood Smoked Bacon. The true surprise lies within – a hidden, jewelled stuffing centre, accompanied with a vibrant cranberry and orange glaze, the perfect finishing touch to drizzle over!”

Vegetarians are well catered for with new mains including mushroom, malbec & port wellington and a cauliflower cheese galette crown. Desserts bring theatrics with highlights including a sticky toffee yule lodge with chimney sauce, a shimmering nutcracker mousse, and Italian-made pistachio meringata.

And just when you thought you’d seen every mince pie variation possible, Waitrose has launched new innovation: golden mince pies with limoncello and brandy buttercream mince pies.
