Soignon’s Chevre de Caractere Goat Camembert - Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards - will now be available in the UK through Waitrose.
Waitrose, the first UK retailer to offer the award winning Chevre de Caractere, is making it available to all its stores now.
Chevre de Caractere is a raw goats’ milk camembert with a pale rippled coat and a creamy melting texture that is balanced by a rich and clean goat cheese flavour. It is produced at a small specialist creamery in Dange Saint Romain which is situated in Poitou Charentes.
