WT Holdings has recruited John Duffy to its main board as operations director to drive synergies from the divisions within the food business.
Duffy said one of the attractions of the job was the diverse reach of the group, which comprises seven divisions, the best known of which are Noon Products and Barts Spices.
Duffy's role is a new one for the group. He said the divisions had previously worked with a fair degree of autonomy and he would be looking to bring a new set of skills to the business and experience of blue-chip operational knowledge of best practice.
Duffy left Golden Wonder last year after it was bought by Longulf. He had been operations director and was one of an executive team of four who completed a secondary buy-out of the company.
