Richard Hutchins, IGD business director for consumer and food issues, is leaving to become corporate director of the regional development agency Advantage West Midlands.
Hutchins said his new role would take in food and agriculture, and allowed him to expand his personal areas of interest to tourism, communications technology and sustainability.
