Importer and distributor Winefare is hoping to breathe life into the Armagnac sector with the launch of the revamped range of Comte de Lauvia. Winefare chairman James Rackham said: "We researched the UK market carefully and felt interest in the sector was held back by poor presentation. We now have a top quality Armagnac attractively packaged and competitively priced." The new look range has won listings with First Quench, which is selling the VSOP in Thresher and the XO Imperial in Wine Rack and Bottom's Up. Sainsbury and Safeway have also taken the XO on. {{DRINKS }}
