WH Smith has announced plans to open travel stores at motorway service station operator Welcome Break’s 33 UK sites.
The deal follows a successful trial of a WH Smith travel store at Welcome Break’s Newport Pagnell service station on the M1.
The stores will be opened during 2007 and will be operated on a franchise basis, WH Smith said.
