Celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson is putting his face on the Horned Fox range of chilli sauces and chutneys.
The family company, based in Outwell near Cambridge, plans to target first the independent trade and then the multiples after landing a partnership with Worrall Thompson.
The premium range includes four savoury sauces and chutneys containing chillies grown on the premises, as well
as sweet options combining chilli with chocolate, lime, orange, raspberry & cranberry. They are currently stocked in garden centres and delis.
Ian Mouslon, managing director of Horned Fox, said: “We are the first to market chocolate chilli sauces with fresh fruit.”
