Asda has claimed top spot in the Pizza Retailer of the Year award for the third time.
Asda was commended for its consistency, good value and overall performance at the Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Industry Awards 2002.
Pizza marketeer at Asda Vicki Nock said: "This really is the topping on our pizza - the deli pizza counter that we have in all our stores offers customers fantastic choice and value and it’s great that Asda continues to be recognised for this. Our pre-packed pizzas are also going from strength to strength"
Asda won the award back in1999 and 2001.
