Supplier of cooked bacon products TMI Foods has appointed Alan Peterson as production director and Nigel Richmond as sales director.
Peterson was previously a general manager at Roach Foods. Richmond joins from his position as business controller for Hazlewood Pizza (now Greencore Pizza). He has also worked at Sainsbury, McCain and St Ivel.
