Residents of Notting Hill will doubtless be thrilled that a new US casual dining concept has chosen their locale for its UK debut this summer.
Admittedly, that ‘concept’ does appear to be ‘eggs’. And locals might be less thrilled with its unappetising name and signature dish. Although who knows, the coddled egg and potato purée dish available at ‘Eggslut’ might be the taste of 2019 – if anyone’s willing to order ‘The Slut’, that is.
