After Eight returned to TV this week for the first time in eight years, as part of a £2.6m push from Nestlé. The new ad shows 'godfather of social networking' Jim Haynes using After Eights to encourage dinner guests to stay a bit longer. American-born Haynes lives in Paris and is famous in the US for having hosted Sunday dinner parties for up to 70 strangers at his home every week for the past 30 years.
