Sainsbury’s has launched a Snow Globe sandwich complete with shaking stars as part of its seasonal on-the-go offer.
The new by Sainsbury’s Snow Globe Sandwich is a brioche bun filled with butter-basted British turkey breast, beechwood smoked streaky British bacon, Brussel sprout slaw, British pork stuffing, mayonnaise, cranberry & port sauce and spinach (£3.50).
It was one of six festive By Sainsbury’s sandwiches to hit chillers on 6 November, with the seasonal lineup also comprising a Boxing Day Sub Roll, a Turkey Feast Sandwich, a Turkey & Pigs Under Blankets Sandwich, a Turkey Feast Wrap (all £2.35), and a Brie & Cranberry sandwich.
The festive theme extends beyond sarnies, with a new By Sainsbury’s Dashing Through the Sloe juice (£1.50/250ml) also now available in stores. The festive tipple blends apple, blackberry, sloe, pear and blackcurrant juices, lightly mulled with Christmas spices and finished with sparkling glitter.
