After experiencing a decline in top-line growth and profitability, this Yorkshire-forecourt chain, owned by the Sheth family, pledged to spend around £50m on 80 to 100 forecourts at the end of 2014. Since its year-end (ie in mid 2015) it has snapped up six petrol stations from Shell. So there’s clearly more to come.
