Arla Foods UK says its sales have not been hit by the furore over satirical cartoons that appeared in the Danish press.
The caricatures of the prophet Muhammad have caused global unrest - targeted particularly at the Danes.
Arla Foods, the Danish-Swedish dairy co-operative, admitted losing £1m a day in sales in the Middle East as a result of anger from Muslim consumers. But Arla Foods UK, 51%-owned by Arla Foods, denied any effect on sales of its lines, which include Cravendale and Lurpak.
