Morrisons has exchanged contracts with Somerfield to sell four former Safeway stores at Comely Bank, Burnside, East Craigs and Kings Heath, which are now operating under the Morrisons fascia.

Morrisons said that the aggregate value of the gross assets attributable to the stores was £15,220,206. The deal is subject to Office of Fair Trading approval.
