Budgens and Londis owner Musgrave Retail Partners GB has appointed Tesco Express commercial director Willie Hamilton as trading director.
Hamilton has worked at Tesco for 24 years, and for the last three years as commercial director. He is currently on gardening leave from Tesco and is expected to join Musgrave GB in March 2009.
He replaces Barry Williams, who left Musgrave GB in April this year.
“This is a key appointment for our business and I am delighted that Willie has decided to join Musgrave,“ said Musgrave GB MD Phill Smith.
