Tesco has rolled out its first exclusive reality TV series featuring the “emotional journey” of a group of wannabe models, as it ramps up its Clubcard TV offering.

The Elite New Face series – based on a competition in the US that launched the careers of models including Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour and Gisele Bündchen – is now available to 16 million Clubcard members free of charge on the ad-funded service.

“We’re thrilled to offer our first Clubcard TV exclusive,” said Clubcard TV MD Scott Deutrom. “The Elite New Face series is a must-watch for anyone interested in this exciting competition and the fascinating world of modelling. We hope this will be the first of many great exclusives for the growing number of Clubcard members discovering their new TV service.”
