Nisa-Today’s has launched a business school for its retailers and customers of its Today’s wholesale operation.
Training comprises a one-day workshop every month for six months, with the emphasis on management.
The Team Leader Certificate course has been designed by training provider Belmont House to tutor staff in customer service, good leadership and management models.
The workshops are due to begin in late January at five locations and are also designed to act as a forum for ideas.
The programme can lead to a national qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
