GroceryAid is hosting its next live diversity & inclusion event in October.

D&I in Grocery Live will take place on 14 October at Wembley Stadium, with the aim to “make diversity everyone’s business”.

More than 700 tickets have already been sold for the event, which includes speakers from major fmcg companies and networking time.

Speakers would tackle “important, sometimes difficult topics with openness and authenticity”, GroceryAid said. The format would also enable attendees to have “the space and time to immerse themselves in new perspectives, ideas and tools”, it added.

The live event is part of a 12-month diversity & inclusion programme staged by GroceryAid.

“The need to create a diverse and inclusive environment within our industry is more important than ever,” said Jane Hill, fundraising director of GroceryAid and D&I in Grocery chair. “The world is constantly changing but we are looking to the future of grocery with the ambition of bringing together as many brands as we can to achieve significant change.”

Tickets cost £175 + VAT from diversityingrocery.co.uk.
