Jigsaw Foods has switched to specifying British Lion egg products across its whole range.

Jigsaw, which supplies restaurant groups and food manufacturers, makes products such as mayonnaise and sauces.

“The integrity of our supply chain is crucial to our due diligence and rigorous standards,” said commercial director Christine Moir.

It comes as the British Egg Industry Council has appointed NSF-CMi Certification as independent auditors for the Lion Code of Practice.
