Made with 30% real banana purée, fresh milk and caramelised pecans that retain their crunch, this Hackney Gelato is churned slowly to give a smoother texture and greater depth of flavour. The recipe was delivered alongside top London chefs to deliver a nostalgic, grown-up version of the banana flavoured ice cream many remember fondly from childhood.
