All our judges loved the sense of indulgence in the Hackney Gelato Banana, Caramel & Pecan. As one put it: ‘banana flavour finally done right’
The recipe was delivered alongside top London chefs, to deliver a nostalgic, grown-up version of the banana flavoured ice cream many remember fondly from childhood.
