Nivea has relaunched its Sensitive skincare range for men with an improved formula and a new addition to the range in the shape of Sensitive Hydro Gel, designed to combat the damage caused by frequent shaving. Like all other items in the reformulated Sensitive range, Hydro Gel (rsp: £8.77) includes an 'Active Comfort System', a combination of natural ingredients that, with regular use, are said to help to reduce skin sensitivity.

Advanced SPF15 Moisturiser (The Real Shaving Co)

The Real Shaving Company says its new moisturiser (rsp: £4.99) is suitable for everyday use and on all skin types. It contains UVA and UVB filters to protect the skin from the sun's harmful rays, while Q10 technology helps prevent the signs of ageing. The product is designed for post-shave use.

Men+Care Body & Face Wash (Dove)

New to Dove's premium grooming brand for older men are shower variants Aqua Impact and Sensitive Clean (both rsp: £2.65). The shower gels contain Micromoisture technology to fight skin dryness. Aqua Impact includes ocean minerals to promote active freshness. Sensitive Clean is the neutral-fragrance, hypoallergenic choice.

Fusion ProGlide Gillette Fusion
Launched: January 2011
ProGlide is a "significant advancement in shaving performance and comfort" says Gillette. Features include re-engineered low-cutting-force blades with thinner, finer edges, designed to minimise tug and pull on hair. The ProGlide is available in two models: Power (rsp: £15.49 with one blade cartridge) and Manual (rsp: £9.99 with two blade cartridges).
