Florette is to extend its salad bowl offer as sales of the format grow.

The brand recently rolled out a 110g Sweet & Crunchy Bowl and a 150g Classic Crispy Bowl, and in July will launch a 160g Classic Bowl (rsp: £1).

The salad bowls market had increased its share of total prepared salad from 15.7% to 19.8% over the past year [Nielsen]. Florette said its bowls would attract new shoppers into prepared salad and encourage salad shoppers to add bowls to their repertoire.
