Heinz UK & Ireland has a new vice president, brands, following Jane Edwards’ promotion to European marketing and innovation director.
Scott Garrett joined Heinz in January 2004 and has been acting brand director for the UK & Ireland since Edwards’ maternity leave. He will continue to drive brand strategy and development as well as working alongside commercial directors on brand marketing. Prior to working at Heinz, Garrett worked at Nike as European marketing manager and at advertising agencies Bozell Worldwide, JWT and Leo Burnett.
Edwards has worked in various brand leadership and marketing positions at Heinz over the past 15 years, including general manager of marketing for sauces, where she headed the European ketchup business.
