Yorkshire Crisps has made its Henderson's Yorkshire Sauce-flavoured range available in resealable drums following "rocketing" sales of the bags.
The hand-cooked crisp company claimed the spicy flavour was already outselling its original Lightly Sea Salted flavour, despite being introduced only last summer, and it expected the 100g drum (rsp: £2) to appeal to consumers who wanted to share the crisps and keep them fresh.
The drums will line up beside the 50g bag (rsp: 80p) in Yorkshire branches of Morrisons as well as independents located mainly around the county.
