Start-up Hoopo Healthy Snacks has launched a snack range made with low-sodium sea salt.
The Hoopo range comprises two peanut variants - Satay and Mediterranean (rsp: 89p) - and two cashew options, Jalfrezi and Shanghai Five Spice (rsp: 99p).
Produced with Solo low-sodium sea salt, the snacks have as little as 10% of the salt content of rival flavoured nut products, said MD Richard Paterson. The company is negotiating listings.
