A sparkling wine cocktail range billed as "the perfect drink for women" and initially launched for Ibiza holidaymakers is set to hit the UK off-trade this autumn.
Ibiza Ice - available in White Isle, which is made with white wine, melon & lemon, and peach & rosé-based Sunset — is a fizzy pink cocktail containing 57 calories per 100ml glass (rsp: £3.50 for a 275ml bottle). Ibiza Ice had a very successful launch on Ibiza in May, said founder Richard Horwell. "There are plans to bring it to UK off-trade stores at a later date, once people are familiar with the brand."
