Marks and Spencer has introduced a food innovation and database system to get new products on shelf faster, react quicker to product queries as well offering up-to-the-minute product information.

The software to manage new product development and the product information database for its food division will be M&S branded and tailored to the business’ requirements.

Head of food technology at M&S, David Gregory, said: “Key to the success of the FIND System is our supply base who will benefit from being able to access one central system.”
