Suffolk-based LA Brewery has launched a non-alcoholic craft beer and kombucha crossover drink made with Citra and Cascade hops.
The drink, billed as “a deliciously tart health tonic” with “floral and citrus notes and a delicately bitter finish” will hit Whole Foods Market and other independents from May onwards (rsp: £3.25/300ml).
“We recognise the exponential demand for innovative and exciting soft drinks with over a quarter of young people classing themselves as non-drinkers now,” said the brand.
LA Brewery also sells a core trio of kombuchas in ginger, lemongrass and strawberry & black pepper flavours and has won two Great Taste awards.
