ManiLife has expanded beyond its peanut butter heartlands for the first time with new cocoa-dusted snacking peanuts.
The “insanely moreish” NPD comprises the brand’s “signature” deep-roasted peanuts, coated in caramel and dusted with cocoa.
The peanuts are sourced from a family-run estate in Argentina and roasted “for a deeper, more intense flavour by master peanut roasters here in the UK”, then blended with Tanzanian cocoa.
They could be “enjoyed as a delicious snack, with a coffee or crushed up over ice cream”, said ManiLife.
The NPD will roll into Planet Organic on 21 December (rsp: £3/90g).
It has also rolled into the brand’s webstore as part of a limited-edition Christmas bundle, containing its Rich Cocoa Smooth peanut butter, a Christmas bauble and a personalised Christmas Card (rsp: £9.99).
All of the profits from each Christmas bundle sold will go to the Campaign to End Loneliness charity, which ManiLife is supporting for its third year.
ManiLife first launched its Rich Cocoa peanut butter, which is also made with Tanzanian cocoa, in October 2021.
