Reckitt Benckiser has extended its hair removal Veet brand with a range based on natural ingredients.

Veet Natural Inspirations, rolling out now backed by a £1.3m push, comprises hair removal cream, wax strips and a wax kit (rsp £5.99 to £29.99). Based on shea butter, grape seed oil and aloe vera, the range would tap consumer demand for personal care products made with “more natural ingredients”, said the business.

“Veet Natural Inspirations takes our hair removal credentials and combines them to provide a hair removal experience that is inspired by nature and will appeal to consumers looking for highly efficacious products, which harness the benefits of ingredients of natural origin,” said UK marketing director Jerome Lemaire.

To make hair removal a “more pleasurable experience”, the products were enhanced by light refreshing fragrances, he added.
