
CCEP has announced a leadership switch up, with An Vermeulen succeeding Stephen Moorhouse as general manager for its GB business unit.
Moorhouse, meanwhile, will assume the role of chief customer service & supply chain officer at CCEP from 1 May and report into CEO Damian Gammell.
In his six-year stint heading up CCEP GB, Moorhouse had “successfully grown the business, strengthened and broadened its portfolio through new brands and innovation”, CCEP said.
He had also acted as a member of the CEO Forum of the Institute of Grocery Distribution and sat on the board of the British Soft Drinks Association, helping support the launch of a UK-wide DRS from next October, it added.
Vermeulen takes the reins as GM of CCEP GB having spent 25 years with CCEP in a number of leadership roles across both central functions and in markets including the UK.
Most recently she has led CCEP’s public affairs, communications and custainability (PACS) agenda, while also supporting the soft drinks supplier’s France, Benelux and Nordics business unit.
“This diverse and deep experience positions her strongly to lead one of CCEP’s largest markets,” CCEP said.
A successor for the chief PACS officer would be announced at a later date, it added.
Revenues at CCEP increased 2.3% to €20.9bn in the year ended 31 December 2025, with volumes nudging up 0.2%.
Meanwhile, operating profits at the group rose 31% to €2.8bn.
The bottler is forecasting revenue growth of 3% to 4% in 2026 and operating profit growth of 7%.
