The Teresa Organisation is consolidating its operations at Spade Lane, Sittingbourne as part of a multimillion investment programme to boost its UK capacity.
It will close its current Paddock Wood facility from November.
The 80,000 sq ft packhouse will bring together under one umbrella the various constituent UK importing and distribution companies within the group which have a combined turnover of around £60m.
Together with its Spanish interests which cover growing and packing melons, citrus, strawberries, stone fruit, salads, vegetables and organics, the total annual sales figure is in excess of £80m.
