Non-alcoholic drinks group DioniLife has added its first booze-free spirits.
It has launched La Borosa, a Mexican agave non-alcoholic spirit, and Pavari17, an aperitif.
Both will debut in standalone bottled spirit (rsp: from £19.99/70cl) and canned ready-to-drink (rsp: £3/250ml) formats via DTC and on Amazon from next month.
La Borosa offered “a clean, crisp agave flavor with a hint of citrus and wood”, while Pavari17 had “a delicate blend of sweet citrus with bitter undertones”, DioniLife said.
They had been “crafted from scratch to offer the flavor, depth, texture and complexity consumers and bartenders expect – minus the ethanol”, it added.
“La Borosa and Pavari17 give bartenders great new non-alcoholic liquids to play with,” said DioniLife founder and CEO Damian McKinney. “They taste like spirits; they mix like spirits. And now consumers can recreate the bar experience at home with great-tasting non-alcoholic spirits and convenient ready-to-serve cocktails.
McKinney founded DioniLife last year after quitting global spirits major Stoli Group in 2023.
In September, the supplier – which is backed by New York private equity firm Invus Group – acquired alcohol-free beer brand Mash Gang for an undisclosed sum.
Mash Gang’s beers include Chug IPA and Stoop lager. They are brewed at partner breweries in Aberdeen, Zagreb and Chicago.
