New Online Ordering System from Empire Bespoke Foods

Speciality food importer and distributor Empire Bespoke Foods has unveiled a new online ordering system. 

It has been created as part of a major website refresh, designed to simplify ordering and improve the overall customer experience.

Updated features include an improved payment gateway, live 24/7 stock availability checks across all ranges and enhanced filtering and search facilities. 

Regular seasonal and online offers and promotions will be available to customers, who can also store a ’favourites’ list and access an interactive global brand map to check the source of their chosen products. 

Empire will also be rolling out a bespoke digital advertising campaign to support and help raise awareness of the new system. 

“Not only does the website allow retailers to explore our mouthwatering brands and worldwide product sourcing, but it also makes ordering and payment much easier,” said Empire Bespoke Foods e-commerce and digital marketing manager Edward Rayment. 

“Over the last four years we have seen our online channel grow by 262%, so it made sense to update our digital ordering system in order to cope with this growing demand while improving the whole experience for our customers.”
