FSA to recommend first CBD products are authorised for sale

Should ministers approve the proposals, the resultant authorisations would be a ‘regulatory first’ for Great Britain, the FSA said.
The Food Standards Agency looks set to recommend ministers authorise the sale of CBD products in the UK for the first time.
