M&S calls for fibre labelling rules to allow ‘everyday language’

The retailer has told the health secretary it wants to say ‘improves gut health’ instead of ‘faecal bulk’ or ‘intestinal transit time’
M&S is urging the government to relax labelling rules so it can use commonly understood phrases like “gut health” instead of “intestinal transit time”.
