The NPD allows shoppers to make iced coffee in just three simple steps

Nescafé has continued its expansion into iced coffee, adding a trio of liquid coffee concentrates for making cold drinks at home.

Nescafé Espresso Concentrated is to roll out in Tesco from this month in Vanilla, Caramel and Classic (rsp: £4.99/500ml). Each bottle contains 16 servings.

The NPD would “revolutionise how iced coffee is prepared at home” said Nescafé.

To create an iced coffee, shoppers could simply fill a glass with ice and 150ml of their chosen milk or milk alternative, before adding 30ml of the concentrate and mixing, it explained.

“We are so excited to be introducing our new Nescafé Espresso Concentrated range to iced coffee aficionados in the UK,” said Nescafé UK and Ireland marketing manger Ingrid Hayes.

“Tapping into the growing trend in cold coffee consumption, whether you’re enjoying a well-deserved break or catching up with friends and loved ones, it’s never been easier to enjoy a quality iced coffee from the comfort of your home that is both affordable and convenient.”

It comes after Nescafé added a duo of ambient ready-to-drink iced lattes in March.

Iced Latte and Iced Caramel Flavour Latte were Nescafé’s first ready-to-drink iced coffee products to be sold in the UK.

It also makes iced coffee instant coffee sachets in Salted Caramel and Vanilla Cream, however.
