London-based salad chain Atis is set to launch a breakfast menu for the first time in what it describes as the brand’s “biggest move yet”.

The menu features a build-your-own yoghurt bar, with customers able to choose from a selection of bases, toppings, crunches and drizzles.

For a grab-and-go option, breakfast pots will also be available including a Mango, Matcha Chia & Coconut Yoghurt, Mixed Berries, Tahini Granola & Greek Yoghurt, and Almond Butter & Strawberry Overnight Oats.

The savoury side of the menu is centred around Rye Toasts, made using rye bread from RaiRai, a new brand bringing authentic Finnish rye to the UK.

Options include Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese, Sliced Red Onion, Dill, Capers and Everything Bagel Seasoning, or Heirloom Tomato with Charred Scallion Cream Cheese, Sliced Red Onion, Capers, Olive Oil, Flakey Salt and Cracked Black Pepper.

A vegan option will also be available comprising Smashed Avocado with Pickled Fennel, Sliced Radish and Everything Bagel Seasoning, alongside a “protein-packed” option featuring Cottage Cheese Rye Toast with Honey, Everything Bagel Seasoning, Sea Salt, Pickled Red Chilli, Aleppo Chilli Flakes and Omega Seeds.

Customers will also be able to mix and match, pairing two different Rye Toasts in one order.

Alongside the breakfast food menu, a full coffee range from Origin Coffee will be available, spanning lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, macchiatos and cold brews, alongside a selection of teas from Good + Proper.

Refrescas will join the range later in the year, with Sparkling Lemon and Ginger, and Peach and Jasmine Iced Tea.

Smoothies and shakes from the main menu, including Club Tropic, Blueberry Fuel and Cacao Power, will join the breakfast line-up, alongside a new smoothie, The Up + Atis. It features raspberries, strawberries, vanilla whey, kefir, oars, dragonfruit, dates, coconut milk and a coconut yoghurt swirl.

The breakfast launch will roll out in three phases and will be available Monday to Friday.

It will initially launch at St James, Atis’ newest site, on 3 August, followed by Long Acre, Moorgate, Nine Elms, and Canary Wharf from September onwards.

A full estate rollout will follow in 2027 and each phase will be matched by a launch on Deliveroo.

To mark the new menu, Atis will be offering a limited-time ‘Stacks Bundle’ featuring a coffee with two Rye Toasts or a yoghurt pot for £7.

“This is a huge moment for us, we are finally able to offer our customers even more as we push into breakfast for the first time,” said Atis co-founder Phil Honer. “This year has been all about putting our customers first, giving them the best and most complete experience we possibly can.

“We want Atis to be the first thing people think of, whether that’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, and expanding into new dayparts is a massive part of making that happen. The menu is incredible, and caters for such a wide variety of needs. We can’t wait for people to try it.”
