Ocado is poised to unveil Duncan Tatton-Brown as its new chief financial officer.

Tatton-Brown left Fitness First, where he was CFO for two years, earlier this year. He will replace Andrew Bracey, who switched from Ocado to recruitment giant Michael Page International in April.

Richard Exact is currently filling the CFO post on an interim basis.

Prior to joining Fitness First, Tatton-Brown was group finance director at Kingfisher, owner of DIY specialist B&Q.

Ocado is expected to confirm the appointment tomorrow when it updates investors on its half-year results. Last month the online specialist said it expected year-on-year sales growth of 13% for the second quarter.
