Global food supplier Surya Foods has launched an online ordering system for wholesalers that will include its full range of 2,000 products.
Wholesalers will be able to order Surya products online for the first time using the site, which breaks down Surya’s ranges by type and geography. The site can be used on mobiles and tablets and aims to provide wholesale customers with a “quick and easy online ordering service”.
Surya said its site, which offers access to products from African, Caribbean, Mexican, Oriental, Polish and South Asian cuisines, was “one of the largest gateways to world food in the UK”. The range includes frozen, ambient and chilled foods. Surya Foods managing director Harry Dulai said the website had taken “several months” to develop and would give wholesalers “easier access to our entire range”.
