Thanks to the folks at Magnet, who, apropos of nothing, dropped us a line to say they’d ‘opened 100 190g bags of Haribo Starmix and counted a whopping 5,738 sweets in a bid to find out which sweet you’re most likely to pick from your mix’.
It turns out - brace yourself for some figures - gummy bears make up 38% of an average bag (of 57 sweeties), ahead of rings (20%), hearts (16%), cola bottles (14%) and fried eggs (12%). So… er, there you have it.
It’s almost like they just wanted to eat loads of sweets and call it work!
