Sir, I am delighted to see the Grocer taking a lead on an issue that matters so much to the food industry in total.
Whilst individual companies like M&S can take a lead on specific issues such as cutting food waste and plastic, indeed, aiming to become a zero waste overall, ultimately we need the whole sector, supported by the government, to collectively make the food system more sustainable.
