There are over three million people working in our industry. This list contains 34 of the most talented people in it. That is really quite special. Talent like this is the future of the industry.
We are very quick to think about commercial performances, but we will only have a commercial business if the talent coming through is capable of running and developing our businesses further.

I left school at 17 with a single O-level, I spent far too much time on the rugby field rather than studying, but when I reflect on my 30 years in this industry I know it develops talent and rewards hard work. So when you think about this event, and what it represents, you can reflect on the fact that this industry is going through a huge amount of structural change. But it’s a great industry. And it’s one where talent can flourish and enjoy a successful career. So grasp your opportunities. And make the most of them.
