Users can now access the training in 15 different languages

Today’s Group has become the first buying group to expand its online training into multiple languages as it seeks to cater for its diverse membership.

Users can now access the training in 15 different languages following popular demand from members.

“We have over 143 independent wholesale members in our network and they employ a hugely diverse group of talented people,” said Today’s Group MD Darren Goldney.

“Providing our new training in multiple languages is an obvious decision to ensure more of our extended team have access to training in their mother tongue. The training and development of all of our members’ staff is a key element of our journey to make Today’s Group members the first-choice business partner in the wholesale channel.”

Bolt Learning director Tom Fender said: “From a health and safety perspective when physically in the depots, understanding English is essential. But the essential, potentially life-saving training which employees receive is so much more effective if it is in an employee’s first language.”
