Music sensation Ms Dynamite is following in the footsteps of Madonna and Robbie WIlliams by signing a deal with Pepsi.
Continuing the brand's associations with pop, the deal includes sponsoring Ms Dynamite's first full public performance later this month.
The star will also front a new campaign to uncover UK music talent and will headline a concert later in the summer.

Nestlé Rowntree is running an instant win, on-pack promotion offering £1m in one lucky pack.
Starting at the beginning of next month, the offer will run across single lines, kingsize packs, and multipacks of the company's leading countlines. Another £100,000 in cash prizes is also up for grabs.
A £600,000 advertising campaign will back the offer and PoS material is available.

Cereal Partners has teamed up with Ejay music PC software for a promotion running across packs of its kids' brands.
Free CDs containing software that enables users to mix their own tunes are mounted on the front of special packs. A TV and cinema campaign, kicking off at the end of this month, will back the offer.

£60m brand
In The Grocer, March 29, 2003 (p62), we reported Coca-Cola Enterprises marketing director Norman Brodie as predicting new Vanilla Coke would be worth at least £16m within two years.
The figure should have read £60m.
