Martin Glenn, formerly the president of Walkers Snacks, has been promoted to the role of president of PepsiCo UK.
This newly created division unites PepsiCo businesses Pepsi, Walkers Snacks, Tropicana and Quaker in the UK and Glenn will oversee them all.
He also takes responsibility for Doritos, Sugar Puffs and energy drink Gatorade.
He reports to Mike White, PepsiCo's international chairman and chief executive.
PepsiCo announced the creation of PepsiCo UK in February when it formed PepsiCo International, which comprises PepsiCo's businesses outside the US and Canada.
After joining Walkers in 1992, Glenn held several leadership roles. He also worked on the UK launch of the Doritos brand and Walkers' Gary Lineker ad campaign. He became president in 1998.
Glenn's replacement as president of Walkers has not yet been confirmed.
