Value remains central, with all Fire Pit lines priced at £4 and included in a three for £10 Clubcard promo deal. Meanwhile shoppers looking to upgrade to the premium Finest range can pick from pork & caramelised red onion sausages, smoked haddock fillets & leek rarebit gratin and raw Argentinian red shrimp.

The proportion of consumers planning to spend over £75 on a single barbecue session increased from 11.8% to 20.6% year-on-year by early 2025, according to The Grocer’s barbecue trends report, making amateur pitmasters a key market over the summer months
